GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE WEBSITE www.iwpbg.com
I. Subject
Art. 1. (1) These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between International Working People Ltd, UIC 207646207 (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the visitors of the website www.iwpbg.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitors").
(2) By accessing and loading the Site, Visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes thereto, and undertake to comply with them.

Art. 3. The website www.iwpbg.com provides Visitors with information regarding the Provider's activities, services, and prices, as well as access to published news and materials, the ability to post opinions and comments, review uploaded content, and perform any actions necessary for the full use of the Site as intended.
III. Intellectual Property
Art. 4. (1) All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, and may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of the Provider.
(2) Images on the Site and other visual elements that constitute the intellectual property of the Provider may not be used or reproduced in any way by third parties without the Provider's prior written consent.
(3) Any unauthorized use of the materials published on the Site without the Provider's permission constitutes a violation for which the violator bears civil, administrative-penal, and penal liability in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
Art. 5. (1) The Provider does not permit the use in any way of the content of the Site through visualization of all or part of the materials published on it on another site.
(2) Linking to materials on the Site from other sites is permissible if it is done in accordance with good morals and commercial practice and if the link and the manner of presenting the link do not create doubts about the authorship of the Provider over the materials, so that Visitors are not misled.
IV. Personal Data Protection
Art. 6. (1) The Provider takes measures to protect the personal data of Visitors in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the requirements of European and Bulgarian legislation, as well as the Privacy Policy announced on its website.
(2) The Provider does not send identifying information to third parties, and technical information and information about the use of the Site by Users are processed by the company maintaining the platform on which the Site is placed, in compliance with the requirements for personal data protection and information security.
(3) The Provider collects and processes data on "cookies" according to its Policy, which Visitors familiarize themselves with when loading the Site.
V. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
Art. 7. (1) These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Provider at any time, with the amended Terms and Conditions being promptly published on the Site, along with a notice to Visitors about the changes.
(2) The amendments to these Terms and Conditions are effective for all Visitors from the moment they are announced on the Site.
VI. Limitation of Liability
Art. 8. (1) The Provider provides access to the content of the Site as it is and does not guarantee that the guidelines in the materials on the Site will lead to the desired results by the Visitors.
(2) The Provider is not liable for damages and lost profits of Visitors caused by the content of the materials published on the Site.
(3) The Provider is not liable for damages caused to third parties by Visitors as a result of using the Site and the materials contained therein.
VII. Other Provisions
Art. 9. Visitors to the Site undertake to adhere to ethical standards and not to damage the reputation of the Provider when using the Site and the materials contained therein.
Art. 10. For issues not settled in these Terms and Conditions, related to the performance and interpretation of this agreement, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
Art. 11. These Terms and Conditions are effective for all Visitors to the Site as of July 2024.
